We're looking for a detail-oriented person interested in joining our our rapidly growing design and development team working on a wide variety of web and media projects.

This is a full-time position, possibly starting contract-to-hire to start. We're looking for people living in the Boulder/Denver area.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine client inquiries that come in through emails and by phone.
• Track and follow-up on clients and potential clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Basic proposal and contract administration.
• General office management, as time permits.

We are a small, growing company looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Strong written and oral communications skills.
• Excellent facility with word processing, spreadsheets, and some database.
• A commitment to excellence.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in the English language. Multilingual is a plus!

Ideal, but not required, is someone with experience relating to website design and development and/or multimedia postproduction. Applicant will be required to develop rapidly a firm grasp of the concepts of website design and how they relate to client needs.
