We're looking for a talented developer who has experience but not necessarily experience in Drupal web development, who is interested in joining our our rapidly growing design and development team for work on a wide variety of web and media projects.

This is a full-time position. We're looking for people living in the Boulder/Denver area who can work at our studios. Position starts with an initial period of training in the Drupal API and code base, with frequent reviews and rapid promotion as developer acquires Drupal expertise.

Responsibilities

• Custom PHP/MySQL coding (e.g., Drupal modules and custom db queries)
• Website architecture planning
• Installation and configuration of Drupal-powered websites
• Patch existing modules for additional functionality
• Basic theme template coding from wireframes
• Security updates
• Bug fixes
• Client contact throughout development process
• Occasional support and maintenance of client sites
• Work closely with other developers and designers
• Active participation in the Drupal development community

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

• PHP and MySQL programming/coding knowledge/experience required
• Interest and ability to learn Drupal API and participate in the Drupal community
• Unix/Linux, Apache, basic server administration knowledge a big plus
• AJAX, Javascript (especially jQuery library), Java, Ruby, *nix, Apache, xml and/or Flash is a definite plus
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Client relations skills for contact by phone, email and IM
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, but also good at collaboration, taking direction and working with others
• Proficiency in the English language. Multilingual is a plus!
