The "About" section of a website is supposed to be, well, about us. But that can be difficult because we're all about user centric design and creative strategy that actually serves your needs. We love beautiful things, but beautifully designed things are usable. Beautiful things do what you need them to do. And when it comes to creating a website, intranet or web app for you, we start with you — your needs, your goals, your organization. We analyze your market. We become experts in you. And we help you craft a creative strategy that, when realized, actually serves your needs. And we then set about designing that strategy, and implementing it.
A more formal description of our company would go along the lines of PINGV is a creative studio with expertise in online strategy, interaction design, and Drupal development. But that's rather dry. We are your team, your ally, your advocate, your guide. We work for you.

Jen Schultes
Jen Schultes has worked as a visual experience and interaction designer for more than 11 years. From New York agencies to boot-strapping start-ups, Jen has developed a practical yet imaginative approach to strategy, site architecture, information design and the creation of visual design solutions. Past projects include sites, intranets, and web-publishing standards for Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies, including a major financial publication and a global management consulting firm. Most recently, she has focused on organizations within the non-profit, social justice and arts sectors. There, the need to create big impacts with few resources and low on-going overhead led her to Drupal in 2005. It was a perfect match and she hasn't looked back since.
Jen holds a Masters degree in Fine Arts (New Media focus) from Rutgers University, a B.A. in English and a B.F.A. in Studio Art from the University of Texas at Austin. As an artist, Jen has exhibited in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Monteal and Austin.
