Laura Scott

Laura is the lead on our projects, directing goals, strategy, user experience, architecture, and implementation.

Laura Scott has been designing websites since 1995, and has been working with Drupal since 2004. As designer and themer, Laura created award-winning websites for BlogHer, Stanford Law School and several online community sites. In the technical realm, she has guided web development for clients ranging from Scripps and BMW to UCSB and California Watch.

Laura has presented on design, theming and project management at several conferences. In 2008, Laura was elected to the Drupal Association General Assembly; in March 2010 she was elected to the Drupal Association Board of Directors. She currently serves on the DA's Advisory Board.

Laura has also produced, directed and edited television programming, movie trailers and online videos, including What is Drupal?, which has won numerous awards. She has a BA in English from the University of Chicago and an MFA from the Columbia University School of the Arts.
