Without homepage "credits" on the username it's impossible for me to verify, but I'd put it at 90% that these are spammers. The pingback promise to reduce spam seems pretty well debunked at this point - I get pingback spam all the time :/

Actually they look like scrapers. But they do link here, which is all we ask of legitimate aggregators like Planet Drupal.

I find I'm a bit ambivalent about comments that almost seem legitimate but may be spamments. We've generally just not published them before, but now we have Mollom running with anonymous commenting enabled without any other moderation, so this question becomes timely. Hmmm....
