We're looking for a detail-oriented person interested in joining our our rapidly growing design and development team for work on a wide variety of web and media projects.

This is a full-time position, possibly starting contract-to-hire to start. We're looking for people living in the Boulder/Denver area, though we are open to possible virtual arrangements for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Project intake evaluation.
• Design and development task delegation
• Facilitation and coordination of staff of developers and designers
• Client contact throughout development process
• Coordinate multiple projects at once

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

• Detail oriented
• Experience with software development lifecycle
• Comfortable interacting with clients
• Experience managing project scope, contracts, and developer schedules
• Ability to multitask -- work on several projects simultaneously
• Interest in the new possibilities of the evolving worldwide web ("Web 2.0", "Web 3.0", multimedia, social networking, multi-platform....)
• Experience guiding clients in requirements management, website architecture is a plus
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills
• Client relations skills for contact by phone, email and IM
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, but also good at collaboration, taking direction and working with others
• Proficiency in the English language. Multilingual is a plus!
• Experience with web applications (especially Drupal and/or other PHP/MySQL/Content Management Systems), Unix/Linux, Apache, basic server knowledge a plus. A developer with an interest in moving towards a project management type of role in a growing company could be a good fit.
