As we move through the process and get down to the details, we begin to spell out a set of Use Cases describing what happens when a visitor comes to the site. The cases describe how users perform expected tasks ... and how the website system reacts, what it does as it goes about its job. Through laying out the structures and motion of the site, the concept starts to take real shape.
